Please review the forms with your child, select courses, sign and date. Forms are to be returned to your child's Social Studies class by THIS THURSDAY, 2/11. (Late forms or forms not signed by your parents/guardians will not be entered as "on time" and will be marked "late".)
Mrs. Gravett will be returning to your child's Social Studies class this THURSDAY, 2/11, to review forms and assist your child with entering your course requests in PS. Forms will be collected at the end of each Social Studies hour on Thursday, 2/11.
